Hypervisor.framework exposes hardware virtualization to userspace: creating virtual machines, vCPUs, guest physical memory mappings, and the virtual generic interrupt controller (GIC), without a kernel extension. arm64 API; requires the com.apple.security.hypervisor entitlement.
